All rates are contingent upon collection and based on the amount collected to date, not the amount placed:
     • $100 - $400 = 50% up to a maximum of $100.00
     • $401 - $2000 = 25%
     • $2001 - $5000 = 20%
     • Over $5000 = 18%
Rates when placed with an attorney (Includes both UMC and the attorney’s fees but does not include court costs or suit fees, see below):
     • 27% of the first $2000.
     • 22% of the next $3000.
     • 20% above $5000.
Terms and Conditions:
     • Early Placements: 18% FLAT RATE WHEN PLACED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF THE LATEST INVOICE.
     • Special Rates: Negotiable rates for high volume clients and accounts over $50,000.
     • Free Final Demand: Any payment mailed before the Free Demand expires will be free of charge.
     • Returned Merchandise: Fees will be 50% of our normal rates.
     • Withdrawn Accounts: Regular rates will apply on any account withdrawn by client, regardless of the reason.
     • Aged Accounts: 50% on accounts more than one year old from the date of the earliest invoice.
     • Second Placements: 50% on accounts previously placed with another agency.
     • International Placements: 33 1/3% until the account is placed with an attorney, then 40% in most cases.
     • Letter Writing: $25.00 for a one letter reminder, $40.00 for a three letter package.
     • Skip Tracing: $60.00 (No Find – No Fee)
     • Outsourcing: Ask for a quote.
     • Court Costs: the associated costs of filing a lawsuit and may include filing fees, cost of serving the suit papers, etc. Court costs must be advanced by the client, are added to the judgment, and may be recovered from the debtor.
     • Suit Fees: are paid to your attorney for preparing the lawsuit, issuing service, employing a process server, filing motions, representing you at trial, etc. Suit fees are usually 10% and are in addition to the attorney’s rates.
