UMC's collection staff has the experience, training and certification (including Senior Certified Commercial Collectors) to maintain a consistent, high rate of recovery.

Our collectors must pass a rigid 8 hour test every five years and take annual continuing education classes to maintain our elite status as a certified commercial collection agency with the Commercial Collection Agency Association.  This insures that you are represented in a professional manner and all laws and matters governing collections are strictly applied.

Our training also includes sales tactics to assist our collectors in getting past the gate keepers, identifying the decision maker, overcoming objections and persuading your customer to make payment against their debt.
