United Mercantile Company (UMC) has specialized in the recovery of commercial debt since 1911. We listen to their needs and make suggestions aimed at reducing days outstanding while maximizing our percentage of recovery.

UMC is a founding member of the Commercial Collection Agency Association. The CCAA mandates operating standards that must be met to maintain our membership. UMC is bonded and insured in excess of their requirements. We are also members of the International Association of Commercial Collectors, the American Collector’s Association, and the Better Business Bureau. We maintain an independently verified trust account.
